Once you have decided on a floor plan, the next step is to select the options that best suit your needs.  There are hundreds to choose from, below are just a few examples of interior options that are available to you.

This kitchen has the cafe cider raised panel cabinets with the black appliances, optional transom window, pendant lights and recessed can lights.  You have many different options to add lighting throughout your home.

Here is an example of a bathroom that has a separate bathtub and shower.  The window in the bathroom is optional.  You can choose several bathroom options in many of the models.  You can also add windows, skylights and sliding glass doors throughout various locations of your home.

This shows a computer desk with overhead cabinets.  Many floor plans have optional desks, computer rooms, wet bars and studies.

If you enjoy relaxing by the fire, you may choose that option.  You can add options like fireplaces and entertainment centers to many of the floor plans.
